Leading a team and building a company from scratch has taught me as much about people as it has about design. As Creative Director, I’ve learned to align collaborators around a shared vision, navigate the disappointment of lost bids, and manage the complexities of creative talent. Quality assurance, client satisfaction, and innovation within our services are my main responsibilities, alongside leading long-term company growth and vision. We operate like a startup, preferring a faster pace to stay ahead of competitors. At times, we’ve had to implement new processes before fully mastering them. These experiences have demanded resilience, adaptability, and creative problem-solving under pressure.

Our vision for Sin Tesis Studio is to become Mexico’s leading design consultancy, elevating the craft and impact of design across sectors. We founded the studio out of frustration with the scarcity of well-crafted, human-centered design in Mexico, and from a desire to contribute clarity, empathy, and beauty to our surroundings. Four years later, we’ve established ourselves as one of the country’s emerging studios, recognized by Awwwards and the Latin American Design Awards for digital design, UX, and portfolio excellence.

My experience in Sin Tesis has clarified my passion in exploring how design can drive systemic change across institutions, not just brands, and that is why in order to take my entrepreneurship to the next level I am pursuing my masters.
